Joanne Macza

Joanne Macza is one of the nation’s leading manual-based physiotherapists and diagnosticians, bringing over 30 years of experience to her practice as the founder of Boutique Physio. She earned her Bachelor of Physical Therapy and Physical Education degrees from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada and is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists.
Joanne spent 13 years treating Broadway performers in New York and has worked with high-level athletes and clients across St. Louis and beyond. She is extensively trained in the IPA and Functional Manual Therapy (FMT) Method, and also holds certifications in McKenzie Diagnostic Treatment (Cert. MDT), the Schroth Method for scoliosis, Kinesio Taping (CKTP), Women’s Health, and Functional Dry Needling.
Her approach integrates neuromuscular activation and retraining movements with hands-on joint mobilization to create individualized treatment plans emphasizing precision and specificity. Joanne empowers patients to understand their bodies and actively engage in their rehabilitation, ensuring lasting and meaningful results.

Dr. Adriana Saladrigas
PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Dr. Adriana Saladrigas is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT), a distinction held by less than 1% of licensed physical therapists. She earned both her bachelor's degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri, followed by a prestigious manual therapy fellowship.
Adriana has completed specialty training at the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, making her a leading expert in pelvic and women’s health. She treats a wide range of conditions, including vestibular disorders, balance recovery, neurological dysfunction, sports medicine injuries, and sports performance rehabilitation.
With her extensive manual skills and deep movement knowledge, Adriana takes a holistic, patient-centered approach, restoring function while fostering empowerment and independence. She is also deeply committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in healthcare. Outside the clinic, Adriana enjoys outdoor activities, travel, and spending time with her loved ones.

Dr. Hannah Wallis
PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Hannah Wallis is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with extensive experience treating youth, professional athletes, post-surgical patients, pre- and postpartum mothers, and individuals with neurological conditions. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC), graduating with top honors including the Order of the Golden Cane Award, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology (Neuroscience) from Providence College.
Hannah has worked with elite athletes across the NFL, MLB, UFC, MLS, WSL, and Olympic levels, specializing in rotational and overhead athletes, including NFL combine and draft preparation. She has trained in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) through the Prague School of Rehabilitation and incorporates developmental kinesiology principles into her practice.
Her holistic approach blends manual therapy, functional movement training, and science-based exercise to restore movement, improve postural control, and help patients confidently return to activity while achieving long-term health and performance goals.

Amy Whitelaw
BS, LMT, Myofascial Pain Specialist, Rehabilative Massage Therapist
Amy Whitelaw is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 29 years of experience specializing in myofascial pain, orthopedic injuries, and sports-related conditions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and has focused her career on manual-based, rehabilitative massage for long-term recovery and wellness.
Amy helped develop the medical massage therapy program at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital STAR Center, where she served as Lead LMT, and is a founding practitioner of the Washington University’s Living Well Center. She is certified in Stecco Fascial Manipulation Levels I, II, and III, as well as orthopedic massage and myofascial release.
In collaboration with physicians and physical therapists, her work emphasizes individualized treatment plans, a focus on getting to the root cause of pain, restoring mobility, and improving function.

Mary Bouse
LMT, Myofascial Pain Specialist, International Fascia Research Society, Certified Yoga Instructor
Mary Bouse is a licensed massage therapist with over 23 years of experience in hospice care, outpatient sports therapy, and rehabilitation. She has worked in hospitals and outpatient clinics, including 12 years with BJC West County’s STAR Sports Therapy and Washington University’s Living Well Center, where she collaborated with physical therapists and physiatrists in the care of patients.
Mary specializes in advanced manual techniques, including Certified Stecco Fascial Manipulation Levels I, II, and III, She uses these skills in the the development of individual plans of care to improve musculoskeletal dysfunction, improve mobility, orthopedic injuries, myofascial pain, and connective tissue disorders. She also has extensive experience in oncology massage and scar therapy.
With a passion for mind-body integration and her certification as a yoga instructor, she skillfully assists patients manage stress and develop self-regulation tools, especially those with chronic or acute pain. Her approach is strategic and personalized, guided by each individual's history and goals.

Renee Harms
Licensed Massage Therapist
Renee Harms is a licensed massage therapist with over 36 years of experience in deep tissue and restorative bodywork. She has worked with athletes, performing artists, musicians, pre- and post-natal clients, and a wide range of patients, tailoring each session to their unique needs.
Her expertise emphasizes long-term well-being, helping clients move better, feel stronger, and support their bodies beyond the treatment room. Renee combines technical skill with a deep understanding of human movement to deliver restorative, results-driven care.

Ellen Hinkebein
Full Pilates Certified Teacher & Trainer
Ellen Hinkebein has been teaching exercise since 1995 and earned her degree in Exercise Science from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in 2000. She completed full Pilates certification in 2005 after hundreds of hours of study, observation, and teaching.
Ellen specializes in therapeutic movement for scoliosis, osteoporosis, prenatal/postpartum clients, and chronic pain, and continuously expands her knowledge in kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, sports psychology, and postural patterns.
Her creative, personalized approach achieves fast and positive results in therapeutic movement and rehabilitation. Outside of work, Ellen enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
